(1) Grand Prize: Winner shall win the home located in Jacksonville Beach, FL that is featured in the “HGTV Smart Home” special (including home furnishings and merchandise as determined by Main Sponsor in cooperation with the Participating Product Sponsors and installed prior to conveyance) (ARV: $800,000); $100,000 (awarded in the form of a check or a wire transfer) courtesy of Quicken Loans Inc.; a 2013 GMC Terrain Denali automobile (ARV: $41,615); and (1) year of ADT home monitoring service (ARV: $695.88). The ARV of the HGTV Smart Home includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, and artwork as of TBD. All decisions related to the HGTV Smart Home shall be at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual value of HGTV Smart Home depends on market fluctuations. All merchandise, including the automobile, will be selected by Main Sponsor. All furnishings and merchandise will be delivered to the HGTV Smart Home in Jacksonville Beach, FL. The HGTV Smart Home shall be conveyed to the Grand Prize Winner without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by the contractor/developer ("Developer”) from whom Main Sponsor has agreed to acquire the HGTV Smart Home, and other than any applicable manufacturers’ warranties. Real estate transfer taxes, deed recording charges and closing costs, if not the obligation of the Developer pursuant to an agreement with Main Sponsor to acquire the home, shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner, as will all current and future real estate taxes and all other taxes, costs, fees, and expenses related to the maintenance of the house commencing as of the date the Grand Prize Winner accepts the Grand Prize. Title insurance and homeowner’s hazard and liability insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Sweepstakes Entities and/or Released Parties shall not be responsible for construction delays and condition of title to home shall otherwise be as set forth in the Home Contract.

The Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $600,000 in cash in lieu of the HGTV Smart Home (the “Cash Option”). If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize and the GMC Prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $942,310.88 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Smart Home or $741,615 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of taking title to the HGTV Smart Home. In the event that the HGTV Smart Home is not available for Grand Prize Winner to take possession for any reason, Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Cash Option.
