(1) Grand Prize to be awarded for each of the two Sweepstakes segments – A Weekend VIP Getaway Experience for Winner and One Guest to a Race of Winner's Choice. The total Grand Prize Package includes:
•One $750 Gift Card for use towards travel and accommodations expenses.
•Two race tickets and VIP track passes.
•A meet and greet for winner and guest with WIX NASCAR, IZOD – IndyCar or NHRA drivers, subject to availability.

Total ARV of each Grand Prize is $1,100.00.

Open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions), who have reached the age of majority in their state of residency (age 18, except 19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS) as of the starting date of the sweepstakes.

Limit one entry per person per day.

The warehouse/distributor customer segment of the Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on May 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. And, the general consumer segment of the Sweepstakes begins June 1, 2013 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (both segments combined is the "Promotion Period").
