(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip to New York for the New York City Food and Wine Festival, which includes: roundtrip air transportation for Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence and New York, New York; roundtrip airport transfers to/from hotel in New York; first-class hotel accommodations for (3) days and (2) nights; (2) tickets to the New York City Food and Wine Festival, taking place from October 17, 2013 through October 20, 2013; and $500 spending cash.
