Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry. Residents of Puerto Rico are ineligible to enter.

If a Contestant submits more than one approved Submission, all Submissions submitted by that Contestant after the first approved Submission will be deemed to be an invalid Submission.

Upload and submit a photograph of the Contestant only, no other human beings, along with a series of three essays.

This is for the contest phase, voting phase doesn't begin until 7/26/2013.
