(1) Grand Prize: A trip for the winner and up to (3) guests to Nashville, Tennessee for Taylor Swift's Red Concert on September 21, 2013. Grand Prize includes: Round-trip airfare for the winner and up to (3) guests to Nashville, Tennessee from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; (2) nights' hotel accommodations, in (2) double-occupancy rooms; ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and the hotel and concert for the winner and up to (3) guests; (4) tickets to Taylor Swift's Red Concert on September 21, 2013 (seats to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); (4) Taylor Swift branded T-Shirts; (4) "Red" branded drawstring backpacks; and $400 awarded in the form of a corporate check to the Grand Prize winner only. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check to the winner only. The single cash payment will be based on a 34% tax rate of the final Grand Prize value, which may vary based on factors described below. The single cash payment is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize, but in no event will the single cash payment exceed $4,397.29. Any additional tax obligation that the Grand Prize winner may be liable for is the sole responsibility of the winner.

(13) Weekly Prizes - (1) Weekly Prize per Entry Period: Each includes: (1) Taylor Swift-branded T-Shirt (t-shirt size, style, and all other aspects of the t-shirt to be determined solely by the Sponsor); (2) "Red"-branded drawstring backpacks (backpack design and all other aspects of the backpack to be determined solely by the Sponsor); (1) branded grey rubber bracelet (bracelet design and all other aspects of the bracelet to be determined solely by the Sponsor); (2) branded red rubber bracelets (bracelet design and all other aspects of the bracelet to be determined solely by the Sponsor); (1) Taylor Swift poster (poster design and all other aspects of the poster to be determined solely by the Sponsor); two (2) 2013 branded locker calendars (calendar design and all other aspects of the calendar to be determined solely by the Sponsor); (1) branded guitar pick pack (guitar pick pack design and all other aspects of the pack to be determined solely by the Sponsor); (1) large branded spiral notebook and (2) small branded spiral notebooks (notebooks designs and all other aspects of the notebooks to be determined solely by the Sponsor).

Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) at time of entry who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
