(1) Grand Prize: A 2013 FORD FOCUS ST.
Travel Expenses of the WINNER after the Final Drawing. The prize does not include any other travel expenses or any lodging, meals, rental cars or other expenses incurred by the Winner in accepting and taking possession of the prize. The Winner will be given title to the prize, but only after the Winner has executed Goodguys' Prize Acceptance and Liability/Publicity Release form and Affidavit of Eligibility form and provided proof of valid auto insurance coverage. Goodguys reserves the right to substitute cash or another vehicle of equal or greater value for the prize (based on the estimated value for this prize in it’s AS IS condition at the Final Drawing being $20,000.

Contest is open only to U.S. and Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license at the time of the FINAL DRAWING from which Contest Finalists are selected.
Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted.

Final Drawing to Select the Winner from Among Contest Finalists.
The eligible In-Person Contest Finalist and the On-Line Contest Finalist totaling nineteen (19) In-Person Contest Finalists and one (1) On-Line Contest Finalist will be combined to enter the final drawing on or about December 13, 2013 (“FINAL DRAWING”). The combined group of twenty (20) contest finalist will then enter the FINAL DRAWING. Only one will win the contest prize - 2013 FORD FOCUS ST (hereinafter referred to as “Winner”). That Winner will be selected at the FINAL DRAWING conducted on or about 4:00pm PST from among the eligible Contest Finalists. The FINAL DRAWING will be conducted under the direction of independent judge(s) whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest. The odds of winning the prize at the Final Drawings is unknown and is based on the number of entries received. The odds of winning the prize as a Contest Finalist are twenty to one (20 to 1), once the Contest Finalist pool is combined for the FINAL DRAWING.
