(10) PRIZES: Each winner will receive a (1) year supply of Sargento cheese in the form of (12) Sargento coupons with a retail value of approximately $4.79 each.

Total retail value is approximately $57.48.

Open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Limit (1) Entry per person/email address per Challenge.

HOW TO WIN/JUDGING:
Challenges will either require entrants to meet certain criteria and be selected based the decision of judges selected by the Sponsor; or the winner of a particular Challenge will be selected randomly in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The specifics of such judging, including judging criteria and judging panel, will be included in the Challenge Announcement for such Challenge. For Challenges that do not require skill, the winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The odds of winning such Challenge(s) will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for such Challenge. For Challenges requiring skill, Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the following judging criteria: ability to convey originality (40%), adherence to Challenge theme (40%) and creativity (20%). The (1) Entry for each Challenge with the highest score will be deemed a potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, an additional, “tie-breaking” judge will determine the winner(s) based on the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries for any Challenge.
