(1) Grand Prize: The boat of Gander Mountain’s pro angler, Dean Rojas, as used by him in competition during 2013, which prize consists of and is limited to (1) 2013 Skeeter FX 20 bass boat with (1) 250HP Yamaha SHO motor (boat, as selected and equipped by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including motor, marine electronics and any other accessories), and (b) a check for $3,000, which amount may be used by winner to defray taxes on the prize or shipping of the prize to winner if winner elects not to pick up the boat at Sponsor’s location as described below.

ARV of the prize is $73,000 (ARV based on Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the boat, motor, marine electronics and other accessories as described above ($70,000) plus the additional $3,000 cash).

Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least (18) years old.

The Sweepstakes is void in the States of Alaska and Hawaii.
