(1) Grand Prize: (1) a 2013 Harley-Davidson Street Bob motorcycle with factory customization up to $15,000 in total retail value; (2) a two-night trip to the 110th Anniversary Celebration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for winner and guest; (3) two H-D 110th Anniversary Celebration Tickets; (4) two (2) tickets to the Kid Rock concert at the 110th Anniversary Celebration, including backstage access and the opportunity to appear on stage with Kid Rock; and (5) autographed Rebel Soul merchandise. Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $20,000.

Winner must be able to attend the 110th Anniversary Celebration and the Kid Rock concert on specified dates, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen.

Travel component of Grand Prize includes: round trip transportation and two (2) nights lodging for winner and guest, double occupancy, in or near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on August 29, 30, 31 2013. Grand Prize winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and guest must possess any necessary valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID) in order to travel. Trip must be taken August 29 through August 31, 2013 or prize will be forfeit. Air travel will be from airport near winner's place of residence.

You must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older physically residing in the 50 United States (includes DC) to enter or win.

Submit the required materials ("Entry"), including an essay of no more than 300 characters written in English describing how you'd rock the 110th Anniversary Celebration; your selection of your favorite custom H-D motorcycle from pre-configured options.

ELECTION OF THE WINNERS: Entry closes at 11:59:59 p.m. CT July 28, 2013. Entries may be screened as received for compliance with basic criteria and ineligible entries will be disqualified at that time, or, in the sole discretion of the judges, may be edited if minor editing will bring the entry into compliance without affecting the content or merit of the entry. A third party promotions company, will judge entries at the direction of H-D executives. Judges will consider entries solely on the basis of the essay submitted, evaluating the essays based on:

Reflecting the 110th Anniversary Celebration themes: United by Independents and 110 Years of Freedom - 30%
Reflecting the values of freedom and independence - 30%

The twenty (20) entrants receiving the highest scores will be designated as semifinalists, as determined by the judges. The semi-finalist entries will then be re-judged, without regard to initial scores, by a panel of H-D marketing executives, who will evaluate the essays based on the stated criteria and will also review other Entry elements and will select as the Grand Prize winners those Entries that, as a whole, are the best fit within the context of the contest. All judges' decisions are final and binding on all Entries. In the event of ties affecting winner selection, the judges will revisit the tied Entries and select as winner the Entry that, as a whole, is the best fit within the context of the contest.
