(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest to attend the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. The trip will include: roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to the Event Location. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event Location; (b) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between hotel and Event in the Event Location; (c) two nights standard hotel accommodations based on double occupancy in the Event Location for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, and (iv) access for two for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the Event.
