(1) Grand Prize: a trip for up to four people (Grand Prize winner and up to three travel companions to Beaverton, Oregon to visit the Nike Headquarters. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip coach airfare inclusive of airline-associated fees and surcharges between the major US gateway airport closest to the winner's residence and a Beaverton area Airport (in the event the winner resides within 150 miles of Beaverton, OR, ground transportation shall be provided in lieu thereof with no additional compensation), two nights accommodations (standard accommodations, double room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Beaverton area hotel, transportation to and from the Airport as well as transportation to and from the Nike Headquarters, along with a training session with a Nike trainer and a $500 American Express Gift Card as spending money. ARV OF ALL PRIZES $2800.

Open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen years of age or older, and who are registered members of the Foot Locker® VIP Club.
