For purposes of these Official Rules, Registered User(s) means a person that has successfully completed the registration form and has obtained a User Identification (ID) and associated password (Password) on one or more of the following Websites: CBSSports.com, CBS.com, and NCAA Sports.com. If you are not a Registered User you may become a Registered User by completing the registration form where it says Register Now. There is no fee or charge to become a Registered User.
