(6) CONTEST GRAND PRIZES: $10,000 in technology products and services, consisting of select Toshiba products (with an approximate retail value of $9,000), and a $1,000 Staples Gift Card (terms and conditions of gift card apply). For residents of Alaska and Hawaii, a Staples eGift Card will be awarded in place of the physical Gift Card.

Promotion is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States currently residing in the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of nomination/application who are at least (13) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.
The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes and a contest.
Sweepstakes entrants must be individuals, and Contest entrants must be for profit organizations, or non-profit organization (must be an existing 501(c)(3) organization at the time of registration).
The following business categories may not be featured and are not eligible to enter the Contest, including but not limited to: adult entertainment; gambling; liquor sales; firearms/weapons sales; businesses competing with Staples (including but not limited to technology services, copy and print services, office supplies businesses, facilities supplies and services, office furniture, shipping services, mobile phone sales, any other business that Staples deems competitive); any illegal business; or national brands (including franchisees of national brands). Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any business other than those listed above, in its sole discretion.
The Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, follow the links and instructions to submit your Twitter handle and vote for the organization you believe is most worthy of a tech make-over in relation to the applicable Phase Theme to receive (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the applicable Phase Period. Sweepstakes entries from one Phase will not be combined with entries from another Phase. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Phase Period up until the time of the random drawing. Limit: Each participant may receive (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per Phase during the Promotion Period.

The Contest: During any Phase, visit www.thebigreboot.biz and follow the links and instructions to enter your organization or nominate your favorite organization for the Contest, including the Twitter handle of the organization. If you are nominating yourself or your organization, include an essay describing why the organization is a good candidate for a tech make-over in relation to the applicable Phase Theme (the "Submission").
For any organization that has been nominated: The organization's Twitter account provided as part of the nomination will receive a message with instructions on how to approve their nomination. Follow the instructions included in the notification message to approve your organization's nomination, complete your organization's profile, and provide a Submission to gain entry into the applicable Phase.
By completing the registration and uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions") and that Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
• The Submission must be in text format;
• The Submission must be in English or Spanish; and
• The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Contest: All nominations/applications must be approved and authorized by a organization representative (authenticated by logging in via organization's Twitter account) prior to be officially entered. Following each Phase, qualified judges determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion will score all Submissions received during that applicable Phase that received fifty (50) or more votes during the Phase. Any Submission that did not receive fifty (50) or more votes during the Phase in which it was uploaded will not move on to be judged and will not qualify for an award. Organizations and participants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Qualified judges will select the highest-scoring Submission based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
• Compelling nature of Submission (40%)
• Alignment of organization's Submission with the particular Phase Theme (40%);
• Community Support (includes total number of votes and content of community comments) (10%); and
• Inclusion of Small Business Ideals and Principles (10%)
The organization with the highest-scoring Submission will be deemed the potential Contest Grand Prize winner for the applicable Phase. In the event of a tie, Sponsors, in their sole discretion, will determine the potential Contest Grand Prize winner based on an application of the Judging Criteria. Each potential Contest Grand Prize winner will be notified by email within or about (2) weeks following the end of the applicable Phase.
