Rules
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit one Design Submission entry per Entrant.

Review and Additional Information
All eligible Design Submissions will be reviewed and judged on an ongoing basis as received by a panel of judges between July 2, 2012 and September 4, 2012 based on the following criteria (weighted equally):
Overall presentation: The overall layout of the design is exciting and quality of work is clearly evident;
Social Engagement: The design is eye catching and interesting worthy of online comments and chatter. Visitors to www.mikeandike.com and the MIKE AND IKE Facebook page will be able to "like" or otherwise vote for their favorite Design Submission (a maximum of once per day); entrants may vote for their own Design Submission (maximum once per day). Entrants will also be able to share their Design Submissions via Twitter and Pinterest to increase awareness of their Design Submissions and attract votes. Judges will take into consideration the number of “likes” and other online votes that each Design Submission receives, although the Design Submission with the most online likes/votes will not necessarily receive the highest score in this category or win any prize.
Creativity: the Entrant takes a unique approach to the graphic t-shirt concept that is both interesting, appealing and attention-getting;
Use of the MIKE AND IKE Brand: design creatively incorporates and positively promotes MIKE AND IKE products and branding;
Talent: The entrant demonstrates creativity and originality.
Decisions of judges will be announced on or about September 14, 2012 and decisions of the judges are final.
Design Submissions must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible:
i. Design Submission must be within t-shirt proportions in that they must be easily reproducible on a t-shirt of standard proportions. (Sponsor reserves the right to modify or adjust designs to conform to standard t-shirt production requirements)
ii. Design Submission must be original content created for this Contest and may not have been previously publically displayed or submitted to or recognized by any other contest or promotional activity.
iii. Design Submission must be in a file format JPEG, non-animated GIF, and PNG for submission. (If possible, a high resolution 300dpi image is preferred)
iv. Design Submission must not contain profane language or imagery, violence, pornographic or sexual content, content promoting alcohol or underage consumption of alcohol, illegal drug use, tobacco use, firearms or weapons, or personal attacks that promote violence or harm to any individual, living creature or organization, all as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
v. Design Submission must not refer to public figures or use individuals’ names, in whole or in part (including the Entrant’s last name).
vi. Design Submission must not violate any third party intellectual property or other proprietary rights (including copyright, patents, contract and licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights) or use brand names, logos or trademarks other than the MIKE AND IKE® Brand.
vii. Design Submission must not contain any endorsement, solicitation, commercial, or similar content relating to political candidates, political offices, political issues or commercial products.
