(1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a (3) day/(2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and (1) traveling companion aged 21 years or older to New York City, New York on (3) consecutive days to be designated by Sponsor between September 4, 2012 and September 11, 2012 to attend the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway consisting of: (i) round-trip air transportation (airline carrier to be designated by Sponsor and/or a Promotional Partner) from a major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to New York City, New York for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; (ii) (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor and Promotional Partners in New York City, New York; (iii) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between New York City airport and hotel and between hotel and set of Project Runway; (iv) a $1,000 Rue La La account credit (subject to terms and conditions of use [e.g., becoming a registered member of ruelala.com, if not already a member]) redeemable only at the www.ruelala.com website and any unused portion of the account credit expires one (1) year from date of delivery to winner’s Rue La La account; (v) (2) tickets to the Season 10 Finale of Project Runway for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; (vi) (2) dinners each for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a top-rated restaurant to be designated by Sponsor or Promotional Partner in New York City, New York; and (vii) ($10,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner.
ARV of Grand Prize will not exceed $18,000.

(5) WEEKLY PRIZES: (1) Weekly Prize Winner from each Weekly Entry Period will receive (1) L’Oreal gift basket to be designated by Sponsor and Promotional Partners.
ARV of each Weekly Prize: $250.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $19,250.
