(1) PRIZE: ARV of the prize is $4,400.00 and consists of a vacation for two to Istanbul, including roundtrip economy airfare on a Turkish Airlines flight, a 2-night stay in at the Four Seasons Istanbul Sultanahmet, and a 2-night stay at the Four Seasons Istanbul at the Bosphorous.
