(1)Grand Prize consists of: a weekend trip for winner and one adult guest to the “Brothers of the Sun” tour featuring Tim McGraw in Detroit, MI on or about August 18, 2012 and opportunity to see a 400 lap race in Detroit, MI on or about August 19, 2012. Trip package consists of: roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s residence to Detroit Metro Airport; ground transportation in Detroit, MI, to/from concert, race/hotel and hotel/airport only; three night standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy); winner and guest to watch the concert and VIP-only acoustic preshow performance, premium seats at the concert and race and participate in concert and race activities; and a $150 Visa Gift Card for winner.

(2) First Place Prize consists of:
