Grand Prize Option #1: $50,000 Bathroom and Laundry Room Makeover: Includes $25,000 worth of bathroom and laundry room products from Lowe's awarded in the form of Lowe's Gift Cards and $25,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services. Design services will be selected at the discretion of the Co-Sponsors with a designer nearest the winner's home.

Grand Prize Option #2: $40,000 Bathroom and Laundry Room Makeover and $10,000 cash: Includes $20,000 worth of bathroom and laundry room products from Lowe's awarded in the form of Lowe's Gift Cards, $20,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services, and $10,000 cash awarded in the form of a corporate check intended to be used for tax expenses.

ARV of each Grand Prize Option is $50,000.

Must be an individual 18 years of age or older who has reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence, and who is a legal resident of and owner of a home in the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) at time of entry and prize distribution.
