In addition, the charity designated on each Grand Prize Winner’s Registration Form will directly receive an $18,000 donation on behalf of State Farm. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence in the U.S., two night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel/games & two tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend a 2012 MLB World Series championship game. Total ARV of each Grand Prize: $6,500.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States & the District of Columbia (excluding the state of New Hampshire) who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen years of age) at the time of entry.
Online: fully complete & submit the Registration Form to receive one entry for the applicable Entry Period. Upon completion and submission of the Registration Form, entrant will be provided the opportunity to earn additional entries using any of the following methods: a.) Go To Bat Interactive Game: Following the directions provided you may attempt to hit home runs for the chance to earn one entry for each successful home run hit, for a maximum of thirty entries per day via this method.
