This is a Two-Part Promotion. It is a Recipe Contest and an Instant-Win Sweepstakes. Recipe Contest entries must be received by July 30, 2012.

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District Columbia, 18 years of age or older, are eligible to participate.

Limit: Each person may enter (1) time per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Instant win prizes will be awarded as an Amazon.com Gift Card code.

Limit: one Instant-Win prize per person.

Each Contest Entry submitted must specify a Recipe Name that includes the word "Caprese" and must contain or specify one or more of the following Sponsor’s products: Galbani Mozzarella Fresca 8 oz. ball, Galbani Mozzarella Fresca 12 oz. Pre-Sliced Log, Galbani Mozzarella Fresca 16 oz. log, Galbani Mozzarella Fresca Bocconcini 8 oz. cup, Galbani Mozzarella Fresca Ciliegine 8 oz. cup, Galbani Mozzarella Fresca Marinated 12 oz. cup, or Galbani Mozzarella Fresca Medallions 7 oz. cup. Using more than one of Sponsor’s products in a single recipe does not increase your chance of winning. If selected for testing, recipes may be modified to meet Sponsor’s nutrition guidelines. Recipes must also contain or specify at least (1) tomato ingredient and at least (1) basil or herb ingredient. Recipe additional ingredients, recipe method/directions and recipe comments/description may not exceed 200 words each.

Second Chance Drawing: If at the end of the Promotion Period any prizes remain unawarded, they will be included in a Second Chance Drawing for unclaimed prizes. The Second Chance Drawing will be conducted in a random drawing on or about August 27, 2012 from among all eligible, non-winning entries received as of August 13, 2012.
