Cash Prize: Up to a maximum of (1) Cash Prize will be awarded. The Cash Prize consists of a $50,000 check.
Vehicle Prize: Up to a maximum of (1) Vehicle Prize will be awarded. The Vehicle Prize consists of a $30,000 check, to be used by winner towards the purchase of a vehicle. Concert Prize: Up to a maximum of (1) Concert Prize will be awarded. The Concert Prize is a trip for winner and (1) guest to a LIVE NATION concert, which consists of the following (i) two tickets to (1) Live Nation produced concert of winner’s choice occurring in the 48 contiguous United States at a Live Nation owned and operated venue, (ii) round-trip coach class air transportation for two, (iii) one night hotel stay for two people at a hotel in or near the concert city, (iv) one $250.00 AMEX gift card for incidentals, and (v) two pieces of fan merchandise for the concert artist. Enter the second chance drawing by sending a plain 3 X 5 inch card, hand printed with your name, complete street address and phone number to “Flip the Lip Instant Win Game – Second Chance Drawing”, PO Box 5093, Dept. 34470, Clinton, IA, 52736-5093, in a properly stamped and addressed envelope.
Only open to participants who as of the date of participation are legal residents of the United States (excluding the States of Alaska, Hawaii and New York) and the District of Columbia (the “Eligible Promotion Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. To be valid, a second chance drawing entry must be postmarked by June 30, 2012 and received by Administrator by July 9, 2012.
Each “Cash Prize”, “Vehicle Prize” and “Concert Prize” will be awarded. Any “Cash Prize”, “Vehicle Prize” or “Concert Prize” that is not claimed or that is unable to be awarded as an instant win prize pursuant to these Official Rules by June 30, 2012 will be awarded in a second chance random drawing to be conducted on or about July 16, 2012 by Administrator. |
