Grand Prizes: Up to (2) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize will consist of a 2013 Ford Focus ST (ARV $29,860). ARV is based on the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of a base model 2013 Ford Focus ST.
Period 1 Prize: Prize trip consists of round-trip air travel for (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles), four nights hotel accommodations from 6/28/12 – 7/2/12 (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), admission for (2) to select X Games Los Angeles 2012 competitions, ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from Sponsor-selected X Games Los Angeles 2012 competitions and related activities), $500 cash and the opportunity to participate as a Finalist in the Moto X GP Event. Winner and his/her guest must travel on same itinerary and on the dates and times specified by Administrator so as to take trip on above dates or prize (including opportunity to participate as a Finalist in the Moto X GP Event) will be forfeited and awarded, time permitting and if otherwise practical as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, to an alternate. Trip is subject to availability and additional restrictions. Guest of winner will be required to sign liability release and where permitted by law, publicity release (“Release”) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel guest must be at least 18 years of age. (ARV $4,500).
The minimum ARV of all prizes is $4,500.
