Prizes:
Three semi-finalists will receive roundtrip airfare to Portland, Oregon, and reasonable accommodations for three nights, and $300 cash for meals, incidentals, ingredients, local transportation or other expenses. Final winner and a guest will receive roundtrip airfare to Edinburgh (Scotland), two nights lodging in Edinburgh, and three nights lodging in Carrbridge (Scotland). Upon completion of competition, winner will also receive a check for $2500. Rules
