Grand Prize: The Grand Prize package consists of the following prize components:
(a) a private screening of "The Amazing Spider-Man" for winner and up to 99 guests (participating theatre circuits include
AMC Entertainment, Inc., Cinemark Holdings, Inc. and Regal Entertainment Group) on a date, time and location of Sponsor's sole choosing, plus concessions of (1) popcorn and
(1) soda for winner and each guest. But, should Sponsor determine in its sole discretion that a participating theatre is not located in proximity to winner's residence, Sponsor's liability for this component of the Grand Prize shall be limited to award of tickets for winner and up to 99
guests to see "The Amazing Spider-Man" at a theatre in proximity to winner's residence, plus concessions of (1) popcorn and (1) soda for winner and each guest.
(b) a 4-day/3-night VIP trip to New York City for two to include (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and (1) travel companion to New York City, (ii) round-trip ground transportation between New York City area airport and hotel,(iii) three consecutive nights hotel accommodations.
(c) a private chauffeured tour of New York City attractions seen in the film, "The Amazing Spider-Man".
(d) an aerial tour for winner and travel companion via helicopter for a "Spider-Man view" of New York City
(e) a movie stunt training class with stunt professionals
(f) $250 which may be used for meals and miscellaneous other expenses.
ARV of the Grand Prize: $10,050.

First Prize (10): A movie fan pack consisting of memorabilia from "The Amazing Spider-Man" movie plus (10) movie tickets good at participating theatres (participating theatres
circuits include AMC Entertainment, Inc, Cinemark Holdings, Inc. and Regal Entertainment Group). ARV of each First Prize: $130.00.

Second Prize (50): Each Second Prize consists of one pair of movie tickets from a participating theatre near the winner's residence (participating theatre circuits include AMC
Entertainment, Inc, Cinemark Holdings, Inc, and Regal Entertainment Group). Tickets are subject to terms and conditions of use as published or indicated thereon.
ARV: $16.00 each (pair of tickets).

Total ARV of all prizes: $12,150.

Limit one (1) entry per person/mobile phone number/e-mail address per day.

Promotion open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited.
