500,000 Prizes: The Prize consists of a movie ticket certificate redeemable for (1) child's admission (up to an $8.50 value) to see the Disney/Pixar movie Brave. No more than (510) Prizes will be awarded per household, regardless of number of e-mail addresses used. Certificate can be redeemed only at a participating theater through 7/30/12 or while the Disney/Pixar movie Brave is still in theaters, whichever is sooner. Certificate is subject to terms and conditions, available along with a list of participating theaters, at activaterewards.com/brave. Certificates are not redeemable for any other film. Any costs for a child's admission exceeding $8.50 will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.

The maximum total ARV of all Prizes: $4,250,000.

Promotion is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least (18) years old as of the date of entry.

Limit (1) Entry per person/email address per day.

BRIEF PROMOTION OVERVIEW:
To participate in the Promotion, eligible Entrants submit a unique SUBWAY code, which can be obtained either by purchasing a SUBWAY kid's meal.

HOW TO OBTAIN A CODE:

There are two (2) ways to obtain a Code to enter the Promotion:

1) Purchase Method: During the Promotion Period, Promotion Inserts will be available inside SUBWAY® kid's meal ("Promotion Insert"). The Code required for entry into the Promotion will be printed on the Promotion Insert.

2) Non-Purchase Method: Between 6/1/12 and 7/16/12, an Entrant can obtain a Code, without purchasing a SUBWAY® kid's meal, by legibly writing his/her name, complete street address, and valid email address on a properly stamped 3½" x 5" postal card and mailing it, postmarked no later than 7/16/12 and received by 7/27/12, to:

A Code will be emailed back to back to the Entrant, which he/she may use to participate in the Promotion. REGARDLESS OF WHEN CODES ARE EMAILED BACK TO ENTRANT, ENTRANT MAY NOT ENTER THE CODES BEFORE 6/1/12. NOTE: Mail-in requests that are sent in an envelope rather than being written and sent on a properly stamped 3½"x 5" postal card will not be processed and will not be eligible to receive Codes.

HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOUR CODE IS A WINNER: Between 6/1/12 at 12:00 A.M., (midnight) ET and 7/30/12 at 11:59 P.M. ET, once an Entrant has obtained a Code, the Entrant must log onto http://www.subwaykids.com/grownups and click on "Brave". The Entrant will then be directed to the Brave Movie Promotion activation website (the "Page") where they can register for the Promotion by entering and submitting the required registration information, including Entrant's Code and email address ("Entry"). No Code may be used more than one (1) time throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the type of Code or method of participation. Codes not entered by 7/30/12 at 11:59 P.M. ET will be void.
