The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Los Angeles, CA, two nights standard hotel accommodations at the Andaz West Hollywood (single room/double occupancy), two tickets to the Concert, and a meet and greet with Justin Bieber (ARV: $2,500.00).

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen years of age or older as of the date of entry.
