How to enter:
Fill out the entry form located at the custom framing counter or download one from below and return it to the custom framing counter at your local Michaels store. Entry form is also online. HOW TO ENTER: There is only one (1) method of entry: 1. Visit a participating Michaels store; 2. Receive and complete all required fields on an entry form, and submit the completed Entry Form to the designated Entry Form box. SELECTION OF SEMI-FINALIST PRIZE WINNERS. On or about July 5, 2012, each participating Michaels store will select a potential Semi-Finalist Winner by a random drawing of all eligible Entry Forms. Potential Semi-Finalist Winners will be notified by phone or electronic mail on or about July 6, 2012. |
