SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: There will be (1) Best Weekend Ever Essentials Prize Winner selected at random, following the conclusion of the First Sweepstakes Period and (1) Prize Winner selected at random, following the Second Chance Sweepstakes Period. Each Sweepstakes Prize pack will include various items for Winner to use to create the Best Weekend Ever for the Winner and three guests in his or her city of residence. (The Winner’s residence is the city of residence at the time the prize is awarded. Under no circumstances will Sponsor incur any costs to transport a Prize Winner or any guests to a location outside the Prize Winner’s city of residence at the time the Prize is awarded.) Items in the prize pack will be influenced by the location of Winner’s residence and the availability, suitability (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and cost of the activities Winner selected on his or her entry form as ideal summer locations/activities. Final selection of prize pack items will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion and Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize value in cash. Prize pack may include, but is not limited to, items such as gift cards, bar materials, etc. (ARV) of each Best Weekend Ever Essentials Prize pack: $1,600. The maximum prize value is $1,600 and in no event will a prize include activities that cause the prize value to exceed $1,600.
Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes is approximately $3,200. Rules
Sweepstakes is open to registered members of the Patrón Social Club who are legal residents of the (50) United States and Washington D.C., excluding California, who are at least 21 years of age or older as of the start of the First Sweepstakes Period. No purchase is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

The PATRÓN TEQUILA BEST WEEKEND EVER ESSENTIALS SWEEPSTAKES is comprised of two consecutive sweepstakes, the First Patrón Tequila Best Weekend Ever Essentials Sweepstakes and the Patrón Tequila Second Chance Best Weekend Ever Essentials Sweepstakes.
The First Patrón Tequila Best Weekend Ever Essentials Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 21, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on July 8, 2012 (the “First Sweepstakes Period”). The Patrón Tequila Second Chance Best Weekend Ever Essentials Sweepstakes (“Second Chance Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 21, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on August 12, 2012. |
