Promotion is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are AT&T customers of a Qualifying Product or Service (as defined below) as of the May 21, 2012 and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry ((19) in and Alabama and (21) in Mississippi).
