(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip for the Winner and (1) travel companion to attend the premiere of the Bourne Legacy (Premiere) in New York or Los Angeles (Destination City) and on dates to be determined by Sponsor or its designees. The Trip includes the following:
1.The number of American Airlines AAdvantage miles required for round trip (as defined in section 5) coach class travel for two, subject to the mileage limitations below, for each Winner and (1) guest for each Winner to attend the premiere on a date and at a location to be determined. Round trip travel means travel from the American Airlines departure city closest to Winner's (and not the Guest's) place of residence, to the U.S. Destination City, and from the same Destination City back to the originating city with no deviations. Winners and Guests are fully responsible for the full cost of transportation between the closest airport servicing American Airlines, its "Airline Associates (American Eagle, Executive Airlines or the AmericanConnection carrier) oneworld carriers or select AAdvantage participating airlines and their respective places of residence.

The American Airlines AAdvantage miles awarded to Winners are subject to the following additional terms:
a)Winners are eligible to receive a maximum of 180,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles per Winner, or the maximum number of miles needed to fly between any city in the U.S.A. serviced by American or its Airline Associates, oneworld carriers or select AAdvantage participating airlines to the airport closest to the Destination City.

b)Notwithstanding the forgoing, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred fifty miles of the city that is ultimately chosen for the Destination City, sponsor is not responsible for providing transportation to the Destination City and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value.

2.(Round Trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest, to be taken together, between Destination City (New York or Los Angeles) airport and Hotel (defined below) ;

3.Round Trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest, to be taken together, between Hotel (defined below) and premiere event

4.Each Winner and his/her Guest receive a one-room, 3 night hotel stay at a 4-star hotel, which will be (1) single standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, excursions and other incidentals and costs not specified herein are not included), with a nightly rate to not exceed $400 a night.;

5.(2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and guest to the Premier, (on a date to be specified by Sponsor or its designee),

The total ARV of the Grand Prize including airfare, lodging, ground transportation and premiere tickets is $ $4,982.


(3) First Place Winners will receive: (1) Tumi Bag with an ARV of $295, (1) American Airlines Gift Card with an ARV of $500, (1) Nikon Camera with an ARV of $199, (1) set of Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones with an ARV of $299.95, (1) Admirals Club Pass with an ARV of $100, (1) Bourne Trilogy Box set with an ARV of $34.96, (1) package including pajamas, amenity kit and neck pillow with an ARV of $100.
The total ARV of the each First Place Prize is $1.528.

Total ARV of all of the Prizes: $9,568.

Sweepstakes open to individuals legally residing in the (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
