One Grand Prize: A 4 day/3 nights trip for winner and one guest to attend the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, LA (ARV: $3,670.00). Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for winner and one guest to/from closest commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence (or ground transportation if winner reside within a 100 mile radius of New Orleans); double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for three nights plus two tickets for each day of the Event (admissions to Empowerment and Festival) for a total of three nights (six tickets total).

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law.
