All Applicants who are not selected as the UEFA Champion Ambassador of Heineken, excluding Applicants who are residents of California, shall become eligible to enter a separate drawing (the “Drawing”) for a chance to win (1) of (5) TVs.
ARV of each TV: $708.
The ARV of all (5) TVs: $3,540.
WHAT YOU GET AND WHAT YOUR OBLIGATIONS ARE IF SELECTED AS THE UEFA CHAMPION AMBASSADOR OF HEINEKEN
The successful applicant will be appointed as the UEFA Champion Ambassador of Heineken. This successful applicant will be required to travel to a Union of European Football Associations, Champions League Match 2013, to represent Heineken at the Match and to provide reports of your mission to the Match. The successful applicant will be provided with round-trip coach air transportation to/from a major commercial airport nearest his/her primary residence to the location of the Match, hotel accommodations (duration and type to be determined at sole discretion of Heineken), two tickets to the Match, round trip ground transportation between the hotel and the airport, and $150 total per diem payment. Flights, hotels, other travel arrangements, activities, and stipend amounts, if any, will all be determined by Heineken USA Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion.

Rules
Eligibility. Applicants must be legal resident of United States residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and 21 or over as of the date of application. Applications will NOT be accepted from persons in any of the following categories: (a) employees, officers, directors of any alcohol beverage licensee or persons with a financial interest in an alcohol beverage licensee, including but not limited to licensed retailers, distributors, importers or manufacturers of alcohol beverages.

To apply for consideration as the UEFA Champion Ambassador of Heineken you may find a participating retailer and visit http://www.heineken.lbox.com in order to answer questions demonstrating your knowledge of Heineken and/or the UEFA or apply using the mail-in method as described below. The (10) individuals that provide the most number of correct answers during the Application Period will be contacted by Heineken in order to answer written questions supporting the applicant’s qualifications to be appointed as the UEFA Champion Ambassador of Heineken. The interviews will be evaluated at the sole discretion of Heineken USA Inc., based upon the applicant’s demonstrated passion for soccer, the applicant’s writing ability, and the applicant’s ability to foster enthusiasm in others.
