One Grand Prize: Winner will have the opportunity to select one trip prize from one of the following prize options or $15,000 in lieu of trip prize (ARV: $15,000). Trip prize options are:
Option #1: A Live Music Adventure trip for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence, five nights double occupancy luxury hotel accommodation, and up to $8,000 spending money that may be used by the winner to purchase tickets to a live music experiences, limousine service, meals, souvenirs, etc., while in Las Vegas.
Option #2: A Theater Adventure trip for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to New York City, New York. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence, five nights double occupancy luxury hotel accommodations, and up to $8,000 spending money that may be used by the winner to purchase tickets to various New York City Broadway (and off-Broadway) theatrical experiences, limousine service, meals, souvenirs, etc.
Options #3: A Sports Adventure trip for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to Chicago, Illinois. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence, five nights double occupancy luxury hotel accommodations, and up to $8,000 to be used by the winner to purchase tickets to Chicago sporting events of winner’s choice, limousine service, meals, souvenirs, etc.
(300) Monthly Prizes: On or around each Monthly Drawing Date, Sweepstakes Administrator will award (100) $100 Visa gift cards (ARV: $100 each; awarded one per winner).
Total ARV of all prizes: $45,000.00.

Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 and older (if the age of majority in a jurisdiction is different than 18, you must be of the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to enter) who are Verizon Wireless subscribers as of April 8, 2012.
Regardless of which entry method or methods you choose, you are limited to no more than a total of twenty entries per Monthly Entry Period and a total of sixty entries during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
