(1) Grand Prize: a flyaway trip for two for the Winner and one guest to attend the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Manchester, TN. Consist of the following: (i) roundtrip air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Nashville, TN. (ii) three nights hotel accommodations at a hotel in Manchester, TN for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two tickets to attend the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival; and (iv) an opportunity to attend a private recording session with the Avett Brothers at the Event.
