One Grand Prize: a trip for two for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest to the 2012 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, TN currently contemplated to take place between June 5, 2012 and June 7, 2012. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Guest which shall originate from a major gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's primary residence to Nashville, TN. (ii) two nights' hotel accommodations at a Nashville hotel which shall be one room (double occupancy) (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two Vera Bradley bags; (iv) Two tickets to the 2012 CMT Music Awards Show; (v) all taxes related to the foregoing hotel accommodations and air transportation. ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,200.00.
