One design that the judges determine to be the best design will be awarded a $1,000 gift card to Kroger and will receive a free bag with their design.
Four finalists. Each of the finalists will be awarded one $250 Kroger gift card.
Five runners up. Each of the five runners up will receive one $100 Kroger gift card.
