ARV: $31,250. (12) Prizes: Field Makeover Prizes: Each winner will receive a $1,000 Gift Card designated by Sponsor. In addition, a baseball or softball field makeover will be awarded to Field Makeover Prize Winner's designated local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization consisting of Scotts products and other products and services (to be designated by GM in its sole and absolute discretion) with a total value not to exceed $20,000. Field makeover will be awarded to the designated local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization at GM's discretion based upon consultation with field refurbishment experts (as designated by GM in its sole and absolute discretion) and an authorized representative of the local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization. ARV of each Field Makeover portion of the Prize not to exceed $20,000 each. Field Makeover Prize is subject to applicable laws, rules, regulations and approval(s) of the applicable jurisdiction(s) and authorities. Each local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization will be responsible for complying with all such laws, rules and regulations and obtaining the necessary approvals of the applicable jurisdiction(s) and authorities. Promotion is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) as of 4/20/12.

Field Makeover Prize Winner Selection/Entry Periods: For each Entry Period listed below, (1) potential Field Makeover Prize winner will be selected in an individual random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period for that drawing. Entries received during each Entry Period will carry forward to subsequent Field Makeover Prize drawing(s), all eligible entries received, winning and non-winning will be included in the Grand Prize drawing.
