(1) Prize: a trip to the Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. Trip includes: round-trip coach airfare for the winner and one guest between the major airport that is near the winner's residence and the airport in Tucson, AZ; six nights hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room/double occupancy) and resort provided ground transportation between the hotel and airport in Arizona. In addition, the Miraval is an inclusive resort that includes: luxury room accommodations, all meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, nightly resort credit of $150 per guest, unlimited participation in daily select activities, challenges and classes and a $500 cash stipend for additional spa services (awarded to the winner only) in the form of a check. Winner and guest will also have an opportunity to schedule a photography session at the resort with the option to submit their choice of photo to the Dove Times Square Billboard.

Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia, and permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), who currently are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must also have either a Social Security number, a valid U.S. personal tax identification number and/or a Social Insurance number for Canadian residents.
