(1) Grand Prize: Winner and (1) guest will receive a 4-day /3-night trip to New York, NY from May 13-16, 2012. The Trip will consist of the following: Round-trip airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner's permanent residence (or, in Sponsor's sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200 mile radius of New York City) to a New York City area airport; (3) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor; airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event; $250 spending money; access for two (2) people to attend the FOX All-Star Party.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are physically located and residing therein. Each entrant must be at least (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
