HOW TO OBTAIN CODES: Codes will be available via various methods throughout the Promotion Period. A Participant may use each Code he/she receives only once throughout the Promotion Period:

A - Cup Code: Visit a participating SUBWAY restaurant and purchase a specially-marked 30oz fountain drink containing a unique Code printed on the cup, available while supplies last. See below to obtain a Complimentary Code without purchase.
B - Sandwich Code: Visit a participating SUBWAY restaurant and purchase any FOOTLONG™ sandwich along with any beverage and receive a sticker containing a unique Code on the sandwich bag, available while supplies last. See below to obtain a Complimentary Code without purchase.
C - Complimentary Codes - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To receive free, unique Complimentary Codes:
In no event, will a Participant receive more than 183 Complimentary Codes throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the method of the Participant’s request. ?From 4/15/12 to 6/1/12, a Participant should legibly write his/her name, complete street address and valid email address on a properly stamped 3½” x 5” postal card and mail it, postmarked no later than 6/1/12, to: SUBWAY BATTLESHIP INSTANT WIN GAME & SWEEPSTAKES ALTERNATIVE ENTRY Complimentary Code Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325, and three (3) Codes, i.e. three (3) Complimentary Codes, will be emailed back to the Participant that the Participant may use to play the Game during the Promotion Period. REGARDLESS OF WHEN CODES ARE EMAILED BACK, A PARTICIPANT MAY NOT ENTER OR USE THE CODES BEFORE 4/15/12. NOTE: Mail-in requests that are sent in an envelope rather than being written and sent on a properly stamped 3½”x 5” postal card will not be processed and will not be eligible to receive Complimentary Codes.
?Beginning 12:00:00 AM (start of day) ET on 6/2/12 to 6/14/12 at 6:00:00 PM ET, to receive a Complimentary Code without a purchase, a Participant should go to http://battleship.subway.com/AMOE and follow the instructions to request a Complimentary Code and three (3) Complimentary Codes will be emailed back to the Participant. Limit one request per Participant per Day. Each Complimentary Code is valid for one (1) Game Play throughout the Promotion Period.
D - Social Media Code: Select SUBWAY messages on popular social media sites may include a Code. Participant will receive new social media messages/Codes when they are posted (e.g. at facebook.com/subway).
E - Banner Ad Codes: Select SUBWAY® banner ads may include a Code. Banner ads may appear on select websites, at Sponsor’s discretion.
F - Email Blast Codes: Select SUBWAY® Email Blasts during the Promotion Period may include a Code. Promotional Email Blasts will be sent to those persons who have opted in to receive promotional emails via subway.com (formerly subwayfreshbuzz.com).
G - Supplementary Codes: Various types of Supplementary Codes may be available throughout the Promotion Period, at Sponsor’s discretion.
