Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and Washington, DC, who are physically located and residing therein, and who are at least 18 years of age and not a minor in their state of primary residence at the time of entry. The Entrant must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance in his/her state of residence and proof of such will be required if an Entrant is selected as a potential winner.
