(1) Grand Prize: Consists of a vehicle and two trips, as described below: (1) A 2013 Chevy Silverado LTZ Crew Cab 4-wheel drive. Sponsor will determine all features of Grand Prize vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior. The total Grand Prize vehicle shall not exceed $50,552.

An opportunity to fish with Tony Stewart at Tony Stewart’s house in Columbus, IN on Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Trip package includes round-trip, air transportation for (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to a city near Columbus, IN (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); $200 rental car per-diem (winner or winner’s guest must be eligible and comply with rental company’s terms and conditions or this portion of the prize will be forfeited); (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Administrator; and an opportunity to meet and fish with Tony Stewart. Winner must travel on October 2, 2012 and return on October 4, 2012 or prize will be forfeited.

(3) A Trip to the FLW Tour Open in Lake Wheeler in Decatur, AL, to fish with one of the Chevy Team Anglers. The trip will take place from September 21 – 24. Trip package includes round-trip, air transportation for (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to a city near Columbus, IN; $250 rental car per-diem
(winner or winner’s guest must be eligible and comply with rental company’s terms and conditions or this portion of the prize will be forfeited); (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Administrator). Winner must travel on September 21, 2012 and return on September 24, 2012 or prize will be forfeited.
