(1) Prize: Winner will receive the following prize package: (i) four 3-day passes to the 2012 Outside Lands Music Festival to be held August 10, 2012 to August 12, 2012 in San Francisco California, (ii) round-trip airfare for four from the major international airport located closest to Winner’s residence to San Francisco, California, (iii) 3 days, 4 nights hotel accommodations for (based on two standard rooms, double occupancy) in San Francisco, (iv) $1,000 for meals, (v) one Pyramid branded cruiser bike, and (vi) $500 in spending money.

ARV of the Prize is $$7,500.
