One Grand Prize: a 5-day/4-night trip for winner and three guests to cheer on Team USA at the London 2012 Olympic Games, from August 4, 2012 through August 8, 2012. Trip includes hotel accommodations at the Waldorf Hilton, London (two rooms, each double occupancy); round trip airfare to and from London and major airport closest to winner for four; and four tickets to cheer on Team USA at select Olympic Games sporting events. As part of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide winner $36,300 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. ARV of Grand Prize: $146,300.

Should the First Prize winner's income taxes be higher than the $18,150, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $18,150. Open to Hilton HHonors members who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. HHonors account of entrant must be open and activated at time of entry to be eligible. HHonors membership is free.
