D. The opportunity to submit to Sponsor an essay, along with photos/videos you shoot using the Camera memorializing each Vacation which Sponsor may publish on the Website and in various other materials and medium.

E. (1) MicciMicci Magna and (1) MicciMicci Mini bags ARV for Magna is $24.95 and Mini is $18.95.

Total ARV of each Prize Package: $1,713.

Total ARV of all prizes: $17,138.

Open only to legal residents of the (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least (21) years old as of date of entry.

To enter, you must (a) create an essay of no more than 350 words explaining why you should be chosen to write about your vacation experiences; and (b) either (i) produce your own original video of you wherein you explain why you should be chosen to write about your vacation experiences; or (ii) submit an original photograph of you.

The potential Winners will be chosen based on a combination of the Judges' scores and the results of online voting.
If submitting a Video it must (a) be in one of the following video formats: .3GP, .AVI, .DV, h.264, .MPEG2, .MPEG4, Quicktime, or WMV; (b) be no more than (2) minutes in length; and (c) be no larger than 100 megabytes. If submitting a Photograph, it must (a) be in one of the following photo formats: PNG, GIF or JPG; and (b) have a file size of 2 MB or less. You may submit only one Submission.
