ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night Thursday to Saturday trip for Winner and (1) eligible guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Resorts World Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada (collectively, the “Trip”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,450.00). The Trip includes:

One (1) airline credit for up to one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) to be used for the Attendees towards round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the Winner's residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV (as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);

Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at Resorts World Las Vegas (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only);

One (1) daybed at Ayu Dayclub for the Attendees which includes admission to Ayu Dayclub and two (2) cocktail pitchers (for use during FRIDAY hotel stays only and as determined by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion);

Two (2) VIP Expedited Admission Passes for the Attendees to Zouk Nightclub;

A one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) dinner credit at Redtail.

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prize(s) is $3,450.00.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the date of entry.
