Twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded, each prize consists of fifty-two (52) coupons, each coupon is good for one (1) bag (4.75 oz. – 8 oz.) of a Frito-Lay brand product (excluding LAY’S® Kettle Cooked, LAY’S® Baked, and LAY’S® Simply products) (up to a value of $4.99 each bag). Coupons are subject to terms and conditions as stated on the coupon. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $259.48.

Total ARV of all prizes: $6,487.00.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Virginia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of Alabama) with a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per day per person/mobile phone number/email address, regardless of entry method.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as described below.

(a) TEXT MESSAGE: Use your SMS-enabled mobile phone to text SUMMER to 86261 (“Short Code”) to enter for a chance to win a prize. For each text message entry, you will receive up to four (4) reply text messages about the Sweepstakes from the Sponsor, via automatic dialing system.

(b) EMAIL: To enter without sending a text message, email publixsunsoutfunsout@propac.agency with “SUMMER” stated in the Subject line and then include your first and last name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, and email address in the body of the email.
