ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize”) is available to be won. Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3-night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to (5) guests (each, a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” and together with Grand Prize Winner, the “Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida (“Resort”) as set forth below.

The Vacation package consists of the following:

Up to six (6) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) and the Orlando International Airport (if Winner resides within 200 miles of the Resort, airfare will not be provided).

Round trip ground transportation for up to six (6) persons or voucher(s) of up to $100.00 in total for local ground transportation service from Orlando International Airport to the Resort (if Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of the Resort, transportation will not be provided);

Room accommodations consisting of two (2) standard rooms (with a maximum of four (4) persons in each room) for three (3) nights at a hotel at the Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion (based on availability).

Up to six (6) 4-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.

Up to six (6) 1-Day Water Park Tickets.

ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000.00.

SEVEN (7) RETAILER PRIZES. Each Retailer Prize Winner will receive a Werther’s Original Prize Pack consisting of the following items; one (1) set of Disney-themed pins and lanyard (exact items to be determing by Sponsor at its sole discretion); one (1) set of Werther’s Enameled Pins (exact items to be determing by Sponsor at its sole discretion); one Werther’s Fanny Pack; three (3) Werther’s Original products (exact products to be determing by Sponsor at its sole discretion) and one (1) $100.00 gift card (subject to terms and conditions thereon) from the Retailer associated with the entrant’s entry, Retailer Prize must be accepted in its entirety or not at all. Sponsor reserves the right to ship various elements of the Retailer Prize to Retail Prize Winner separately. Retailer Prize elements will only be shipped to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. ARV of each Retailer Prize is $225.00.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $11,575.00.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit of ten (10) entries per person during the Entry Period, regardless of the entry method.

Entry via Mail-in Entry Without Purchasing Werther’s Original Products:

To enter without purchasing Werther’s Original Products, on a 3”x5” card, handprint your name, mailing address (with zip code), email address, daytime phone number for an entry into the National random drawing. If you would also like an entry into the Retailer random drawing, include the name of one of the three (3) Retailers (i.e., Kroger, CVS or Dollar General) on your 3”x5” card. Mail it in a business size (#10) envelope to: Werther’s Original Spring Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999. Kroger has three Retailer Prizes available, CVS has two Retailer Prizes available and Dollar General has two Retailer Prizes available.

Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by June 17, 2024 and received by June 24, 2024. A valid 3”x5” card entry will result in one (1) entry in the applicable Retailer random drawing if one of the the three Retailers is listed on your 3”x5” card and the National random drawing.
