Open only to individuals who: (1) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority under applicable law in their jurisdiction of primary residence as of the start of the Promotion Period; (2) are a legal resident of one (1) of the Eligible States/Provinces/Territories listed in Exhibit A (SEE RULES), incorporated into these Rules by this reference, from the date of entry through the time of prize fulfillment; and (3) are not the target of any trade sanctions administered or enforced by the U.S., Canada, or United Nations and are not acting on behalf of anyone that is the target of such trade sanctions.
