(1) Grand Prize consists of an all-new 2024 Blazer EV RS. Grand prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of vehicle. ARV of the Grand Prize is $62,000.

PHASE 1: Six Hundred $10 e-gift card prizes redeemable on the OnStar e-gift card site are available. ARV of this prize is $10.
PHASE 2: One Hundred $50 service voucher prizes are available. ARV of this prize is $50.

Only legal United States residents residing in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at time of entry are eligible to participate, but there are alternate methods of entry for both Instant Win Game plays and Sweepstakes entries.
Limit: one Instant Win Game Play and five Sweepstakes entries per video during Phase 1, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.
LIMITS: There is a maximum total of four Instant Win Game Plays and twenty Sweepstakes entries for Phase 1, a maximum total of one Instant Win Game Play and forty-three Sweepstakes entries for Phase 2, and a maximum total of one Instant Win Game Play and thirty Sweepstakes entries for Phase 3, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.
